What led me here?
My passion is helping people grow and succeed through personalized career coaching. I specialize in coaching marketing and product management professionals in medical device and healthcare businesses.
With 30+ years of experience in global product marketing and management roles in top companies including Abbott, 3M, and Align Technology I have a successful track record of managing teams, and coaching and developing talent. I bring deep expertise in marketing and product management to help clients land a new job, obtain a promotion, or excel in their current role!

Learn More About Me:
My wife Cathe and I met as college students at Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio. Our growing family now includes six amazing kids (three married with spouses), four adorable grandbabies, a German Shepherd named Lola and a cat named Luna. We live in South Minneapolis near Minnehaha Creek and the Chain of Lakes.
Outside of work I enjoy outdoor adventures such as hiking, biking, and spending time “up north” at our lake cabin in the wilderness near Ely, Minnesota. I also love traveling, attending indie rock concerts, exploring local restaurants and breweries, and dabbling in gourmet cooking at home. Fun fact, I have completed two epic hiking adventures on the Camino de Santiago in Spain and Portugal!
